Copilot now suggests appropriate field values so you can choose to keep them instead of typing.

This version of the feature builds on the autofill with Copilot feature from 2025 release wave 1.
Copilot now automatically searches the web for information and provides suggestions for customer or vendor contact details such as address, phone, email, and website. It can also use a web search to autofill similar fields that typically contain publicly available information.
- Autofill of contact details is now available in production environments.
- To enable Copilot to get information from the web, administrators must first Enable Bing Search on the Copilot & agent capabilities page.

Other improvements include:
- Better reliability: More consistent and accurate field suggestions.
- Expanded language support: Later in this wave, autofill will support 20 more languages.
Users get these enhancements when they enable autofill with Copilot.
